According to the report Miss Kelly was afflicted by a range of mental health issues, including borderline personality disorders, bulimia and anorexia. She also had an addiction history to drugs and domestic violence. Her symptoms were worsened by anxiety, stress and depression. Elayaperumal claims Medtronic discriminated against him in a deliberate way due to his race or nationality.
