best robot vacuum; like it, and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops have become more efficient, passing our tests for cleaning and taking on a variety of floor types. Choose models that permit you to choose between multiple modes, self-empty and clean stairs.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

Eufy's gunmetal-and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuum and mop combos on the market. It uses lidar to navigate, create maps of floors and rooms (even multiple levels) and integrates with the free Eufy Clean app to let you set schedules and alter the S1's behavior.

When I tried the S1, it was quick to locate the downstairs area, which has Linoleum flooring in the kitchen/dining room and bathrooms, as well as medium-pile carpeting and a large area rug. It was capable of driving up to walls and even cross raised thresholds without issue. However it had some issues navigating down the stairs in one pass. The S1 also did a fantastic job cleaning hard floors by dragging its mop smoothly on the flat side against the floor and then lifting itself when it reached carpet or carpet.

The docking station on the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and fills its water tank onboard with clean, ozonated waters prior to every mopping session. The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water to ensure deep cleaning. The S1's water tank holds enough for about a dozen cleaning sessions before it has to be emptied, though this will vary depending on how much you use the mop.

The S1 requires regular maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. For this, you'll need to wash the dirty water tank occasionally to avoid it from clogging. However, overall the S1 is easy to maintain, especially when compared to other models that require more hands-on maintenance.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop provides a powerful solution for your cleaning requirements. The Ecovacs robot vacuum comes with 8,700Pa suction power and comes with a number unique features, including voice control and smart path planning that cleans around furniture and avoids obstacles. Its mopping capability is impressive, with mops that rotate that actually lift and scrub the floor, instead of simply drag the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned and dried in the base station as required.

Its mopping capabilities are also very good with a pair of spinning mops which lift and scrub the floor instead of dragging the pad across it. The mops can be cleaned with heated water, and dried in the base station as required. Mops are also refilled from the top of the base station as required.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. But their new flagship model comes with even more impressive features. It delivers outstanding cleaning results and is easy to maintain. This makes it a top contender on our list of the best mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping abilities, RGB AI smart detection, and an expanded side brush will ensure an efficient, custom-designed clean is achieved.

The X40 Ultra vacuums well, it can remove both large and fine debris. It is a great choice on carpets and hard floors. It was able to clean the dirtiest areas of our tests well by avoiding pet hairs as well as other messes. The sweeping performance is augmented by a side brush that automatically moves out to tackle difficult-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that is placed along baseboards.

K10 Plus is the quietest robot vacuum we've ever tested. It also features a unique mapping system that allows it to reach corners and tight places that other vacuums are unable to. The K10 Plus also has a larger bin, so you don't need to empty it as often. It also has washable filters, which can further cut costs. The robot can recognize carpets and increase suction when needed. You can also mark areas you would like the robot to avoid using the app.
