They're generally more expensive than side-by-sides and tandem buggies, but they offer a lot of flexibility and have a great return on investment. They're generally easy to steer, have a huge storage basket and can handle uneven surfaces. Some have a built in ride-on boards for older children and 'cinema chairs'.

Do you have twins?

Whether your children are twins or siblings of different age groups, a double buggy is the most efficient way to transport them around. There are two kinds of double buggies: tandem buggies which have one child sitting over the other, and side-byside buggies. Both will accommodate 2 fixed seats, however side-by-side buggies tend to be narrower in width to allow for access through doors. Tandems are generally larger overall. They can also accommodate a carrycot and toddler seat.

Do you have one?

At beginning the idea of having a younger sibling may feel like a lot of responsibility especially if you are also caring for the baby. Do you require a traveling system?
