Similar to other robotic hoovers vacuums, the X1 Omni utilizes its camera to identify furniture and obstacles in its path and avoid them. The X1 can be prone to become stuck if it gets entangled in an obstacle, such as the power cable that is draped over a rug. It will not work until you untangle it manually. Another possible issue is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between vacuuming and mopping modes during the cleaning process.
