The plan would have included a facility in Washington's west coast, in which she could reside for the remainder of her life, receive medical attention and be monitored by researchers. The sanctuary pen was expected to be hundreds of times larger than her Miami house and was surrounded by ocean, but not concrete tanks.

Lolita's Diet
