In our testing the i7+ was more agile and faster than our top choice which was the eufy RoboVac G30, and it picked up large pieces of pet hair from all surface types including carpeting. We were also amazed by the i7+'s compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant AI services, which we used to instruct the robot to start, stop or pause its cleaning routines and move around the room, and even vacuum a specific space. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ with these services. After connecting to these services, we were able communicate with the i7+ using voice commands such as "Hey Alexa, vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home App also offers options to manage i7+ settings and evaluating the performance.

3. Dyson Cyclone V10

This tiny Dyson model is a sports car in a sea of vacuums with cords that feel like minivans and buses. It has the power and features to replace a stand-up vacuum for many households however, it can also fit perfectly next to the coffee table or a bookshelf where you can move it around like an enchanted device.

The V10 is powered by seven cells of energy-dense Lithium-ion batteries, which produces power without fading for 60 minutes. The advanced whole-machine filter system is able to trap allergens and then releases fresh air into your home. Its cleaning head is specially designed and drives bristles of nylon that are stiff and deep into carpet to suck up large dust and crumbs.
