The Best Robot autonomous vacuum That Mops

Multitaskers can be an excellent choice for those who are looking to eliminate mopping from their list of tasks. They feature impressive mapping and obstacle avoidance, and some even wash and refill their own mopping pads to give themselves a hands-off clean.

The Eufy S1 Pro

This is the model you need to choose if you want an automatic vacuum cleaner that can also mop. It's smaller than other models on this list, making it easier to navigate into tight corners and underneath furniture. It has a 220 degree Lidar which, when combined with the 3D Matrix Camera System, provides some of the best navigation and object avoidance features I've seen in robot vacuums. It has a hefty 4600mAh battery which lasts up to 170-minutes, if mopping and suction are set to standard mode (it can last longer in turbo). It will even return to the dock to top up its battery halfway through an efficient.

It's very efficient and does a great job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It can vacuum carpeted rooms fast, and hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room and hallways in just one motion. The suction motor's 8,000pa will quickly pick up dirt, droppings, and pet hair. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it detects rugs and the dual side brushes help to clean debris from corners.

The mopping performance, though still impressive, is not as impressive. The mop rotates quickly and uses 2.2lbs to scrub dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm protrudes out a bit more than other robots. This is useful when you're trying to get into narrow corners or along baseboards. The same front arms can also be used to scoop up larger pieces of debris, such as books and toys that have been damaged.

Another nice feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mop I've ever used. It is quieter and doesn't make as much noise when mopping or vacuuming. The only drawback is that the S1 Pro must use a proprietary cleaning solution for mopping and is sold separately from the vacuum. It's simple to set up and is effective, but it's something you'll need to be aware of in case you're purchasing this vacuum for the sole purpose of mopping.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo is different from other robot vacuums in its class. It is a powerful cleaner with a range of features.

The device comes with an efficient cleaning system that combines LiDAR sensor technology with an RGB camera. This enables it to map out the house, find furniture and other obstacles. It then uses this information to clean efficiently and intelligently. This will result in a thorough, consistent clean that's also fairly fast.

The Q Revo DuoRoller mop pad can reach many surfaces. This includes baseboards, corners and other hard to reach places. They also come with a stretchy side brush that can extend to the floor in close proximity to walls and other fixtures. Additionally the mop pads are able to be washed and dried to avoid build-up and lessen the smell.

App-based customization is a different interesting feature. The Q Revo allows you to alter the strength of suction and choose between a back-and-forth or slightly more randomized pattern. You can also alter the number of passes it must make, which will determine how fast the device will traverse your home. You can also turn off the side brush in order to avoid damaging carpets and rug.

This device has a fairly high price tag but comes with a large selection of advanced features. It is important to note that the device will incur periodic costs in the form of mopping supplies and regular maintenance. For example brushrolls need to be replaced every six to twelve months or after 300 hours. The filter is recommended to be cleaned after 150 hours, and mop pads should be changed every one to three month.

The robot vacuum that mops is rated highly on Amazon and includes a broad variety of physical automation features. The robot vacuum also comes with an energy button that doubles as a 'Clean button' and a Home button to send it back home after cleaning. It also comes with a multi-functional dock which automatically empty the trash bin, fills up its water tank, and wash and drys its mop pads.

The Shark Matrix Plus

If you're a professional with a lot of work or someone who just wants an organized home that doesn't require hours doing chores, the Shark Matrix Plus is a solid choice. It has powerful performance, intelligent navigation, and long battery life that allows you to keep your home clean with little effort.

The Matrix Plus is a 2-in-1 robot vacuums with mop vacuum and mop which means it is able to handle mopping and vacuuming. The robot is divided into two parts, a dry bin and water tank that can be snapped out and in and a mopping module which has a microfiber pad. It's not the most modern thing to have separate modules for mopping and vacuuming but it does mean you don't have to worry about changing disposable bags or refilling the tank of water.

The Matrix Plus performed well at vacuuming and mopping. Its most impressive feature was its precise map of your floorplan that it uses to create a route when cleaning. The Matrix Plus was able to navigate easily through rugs, furniture and other obstacles. The app allows you to create 'No-Go Zones' as well as virtual barriers that prevent certain areas from being cleaned by a mop.

We also noticed that the Matrix Plus did surprisingly well in removing hair of pets. It was able to capture the majority of hair shed by our cats and even found its way into the nooks and crannys of our stairs while other robots struggled. It was fairly quiet and even had some lovely jingles to indicated when it was beginning or finished its work.

The app was too basic and you had to alter the modules every time you switched between vacuuming and mops. The app isn't able to contain multiple maps, which can be a hassle when you live in a house with multiple floors. The Matrix Plus robot is a great choice for those who want a smart device that can mop and vacuum.

The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive of our review. However, it does have certain unique features that make it worth looking into. The X1 Omni is most well-known for its massive dock that doubles as an charging base for the robot, a cleaning sink and two water tanks of 4 liters. It also houses two bins: a 2.5-liter dust bin as well as a 2.5 dust bin that is 2.5 liters.

The base comes with a couple of buttons for control, which allow you to manually begin a cleaning task and then recall the robot mop or run the dock's automatic emptying procedure. Hold down two of the buttons to turn off a child lock that is a great feature for parents who are worried about their children playing with the vacuum.

The X1 Omni like other robotic vacuums, uses its camera to identify obstacles and furniture that are in its path. It will stay clear of them. Its True Mapping 2.0 navigation system will map your home 10 times faster than standard laser detection systems and is four times more accurate in recognising objects.

This can cause the X1 to become stuck if it gets caught in an obstacle like a power cable tangled over a rug. It won't work until you untangle it manually. Although this is not a common occurrence but it was a very frustrating experience when it happened particularly since the X1 Omni does not come with a "stuck" status alert in its app.

The X1 Omni cannot automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming mode during a cleaning session. You will have to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't that bad but the mopping pad isn't cleaned or dried between use. This can cause mildew and mold.

The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who designed its sleek modern base and mopping pad. It's a huge departure from the utilitarian all-black bases of rivals such as Roborock or iRobot. And it's a welcome sight for a market dominated by clunky boxy models.
