The only downside to this is that the addition of a second seat can alter the look and feel of the stroller dramatically and some parents may be a bit hesitant to navigate once they've gotten used to it.

Another option to the City Mini is the City Mini GT Double Stroller. It is a bit more expensive than the single City Mini, but it comes with some additional features including "forever-air" rubber tyres.
