I've found any plush carpet that the robot crosses will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on the mounts, which can cause abrasions.

The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a number intelligent features, including support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. You can configure and manage these through the Roborock app, which is also home to its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app also lets you to schedule cleanings, track the life of batteries and maintenance on components. However, you'll need to jump through a few hoops to allow voice control with this model, which is a shame considering how well it performs otherwise.
